Lee Ann Hartley graduated from Northwestern High School in 1973 in Sciota, Illinois and received her Graduate Gemologists Degree in 1994 from the Gemological Institute of America. And received the title of Graduate Gemologist Appraiser by The American Gem Society in 1995. Lee Ann started her business in September 1995 along with her daughter Rachel Hardester. Lee Ann served as President of The Arkansas Jewelers Association in 2000 – 2002. Lee Ann and her husband David have been married since December 1971, raised two children, daughter Rachel and a son, Clinton and are blessed with three beautiful granddaughters. Lee Ann's has received the award of "Best Jewelry Store" in the River Valley since the year 2000.  Lee Ann retired from the store in January, 2015 and is enjoying retirement.

Rachel Hardester

Introducing Rachel Hardester, the passionate owner of Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry. Rachel's journey in the world of gemology began with her graduation from Russellville High School in 1990, igniting a lifelong love affair with the artistry and craftsmanship of fine jewelry. Her dedication to her craft led her to achieve her Graduate Gemologists Degree in 2005, and later her prestigious Master Graduate Gemologists Degree in February 2008.

Rachel's story intertwines deeply with Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry, where she joined forces with her mother, Lee Ann, at the inception of the business. Over the years, Rachel's vision and expertise have propelled her to the helm, where she now proudly serves as the owner, carrying forward a legacy of excellence and personalized service.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel is deeply ingrained in her community. As a lifetime member of the Junior Auxiliary in Russellville, she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at uplifting and supporting local causes. Her commitment extends to mentoring young minds through Career Day at the local Middle School, where she shares her expertise and inspires the next generation of jewelers and gemologists.

In her personal life, Rachel finds joy and fulfillment in her family. She married her beloved husband, Rick, on July 7th, 2007, embarking on a journey filled with love and shared dreams. Together, they are proud parents to two wonderful daughters, Emily, aged 27, and Taylor, aged 22, who continue to inspire Rachel with their zest for life and limitless potential.

Rachel's unwavering dedication to her craft, her community, and her family are the cornerstones of her identity. With each piece of fine jewelry curated at Lee Ann's, she strives to encapsulate not just beauty, but also the essence of timeless elegance and heartfelt sentiment.
 
 
 

Brice Windle

Brice started at our Conway location when it opened in 2016, but his journey in the jewelry industry began at birth. A third-generation jeweler, he spent his summers at his grandparent's rock shop learning how to cut and polish rocks and gemstones from an early age. After graduating high school from Atkins, Brice served a tour in Iraq with the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom and returned to work as a jeweler at the family store in 2006. Since then, he has continued to hone his craft and stepped up to replace his dad at our Russellville store in 2021 when Harold retired after 25 years. At Lee Ann's, Brice continues to pour his passion into his work while embracing new technologies in the industry including 3D printing, CAD/CAM jewelry design, and Laser Engraving while retaining his skills in tried-and-true techniques such as wax carving and hand engraving. The challenge of continuing to meet the high standards and commitment to customer service expected at Lee Ann's enables Brice to work at the highest level of jewelry repair and design.
